Shipping Info: In-stock orders will be shipped around two days after purchase with tracking via Deutsche Post.

For international shippings you should expect around two weeks delivery time. If you did not receive your shipped order after 3-4 weeks, please get in touch with us.
Return Policy: You can return your purchase within 14 days after you received it. Shipping costs for returned items have to be payed in full by the buyer. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the costs for the item, but not for the initial shipping to your address you provided.

If an item is damaged during shipping, we will replace it or refund your payment, depending on if the item is still in stock.

When a shipped item is missing, we will initiate a search request via Deutsche Post, as all items are sent with tracking. Should it be lost, we will send you a replacement item or refund your payment, depending on if them item is still in stock.
